- What are your hours?

The studio is open by appointment only. Many times I am shooting on-location at my clients' homes/properties so please set up a time to come by the studio to be sure I am there.
- Where are you located?

Our studio is located right next to the famous Estes Drive-In on 65 highway in Lincoln, Missouri. We are in the Lincoln Heights Strip mall on the north end of the building.
- What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Venmo and cards via Square.
- How long is the typical wait for sessions and file delivery?

The wait to get on our schedule depends on the time of year. The wait to schedule your session could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. For weddings, we suggest booking as soon as you have a date set.
A few sneak peeks from your session will be posted to our social media pages or sent to you within 48 hours. The average wait for delivery of photo session edited files is 3 weeks. For delivery of edited files for weddings, please allow up to 6 weeks.
- Do you have a cancellation policy/deposit?

For photo sessions, a $25 deposit fee is required to hold your session time. If you choose to cancel rather than reschedule your session, this deposit is forfeited. Holding your scheduled time means that other sessions cannot be booked at that time and results in a loss of income for us if you choose to not show up for your session or cancel at the last minute. We do our best to respect your time, please return the favor.
To book your wedding date, a 50% deposit of the package of your choice is required. Please see the event contract for details on cancellation policies.
- How many images will I receive?

The answer to this depends on the type of session. On average, a full session receives around 50 images and could be upwards of 100 images. Obviously, mini sessions include fewer images and weddings are more (typically 300+).
